(New Zealand. Press Association) LONDON, November 18.

The Indonesian Foreign Minister (Dr. Subandrio) arrives by air tomorrow to spend two days at the British Government’s invitation on his first visit to this country since assuming his present post.

Dr. Subandrio is on his way home after attending the Colombo Plan conference in Seattle. He is due to have talks with the British Foreign Secretary (Mr Selwyn Lloyd) on Thursday, before leaving on Friday for Bonn, West Germany, on the next stage of his journey home. Diplomatic observers in London said that basically relations between Britain and Indonesia and were extremely friendly, although in practice the warmth of this friendship was tempered at times by specific factors. British policy, it was stated, accepted Indonesia as a country outside world power blocs and was not trying to push Indonesia to take sides in 'the cold war.
