ACTIONS AGAINST FARMERS
Tussock Inspection By Magistrate In order to see at first hand the work which it is claimed the appellants should do to control nassella tussock on their properties, a Christchurch magistrate will visit two North Canterbury properties and probably a third before the Court hearing. At its meetirig at Waikari yesterday, the North Canterbury Nassella Tussock Board was told by its solicitors that the visits would be September 30. Messrs J. W. Earle and W. L. Kay will represent the board at the inspections and also at the Court hearing.
