Sterling Holdings Rise To £30.5m The Dominion’s holdings of sterling exchange rose by £l-2m in the week ended September 17. according to the latest Reserve Bank return. At September 10 the holdings were £ 29.2 m, but the return as at September 17 shows a’ rise to £ 30.5 m. The bank’s advances to the Government rose by £4.lm during the week.
