MARKETS IN ASIA AND AFRICA
Dairy Commission’s Mission (New Zealand. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 3. As part of its intensive search for new markets the dairy products marketing commission this month is sending two representatives to African and Asian countries. Mr J. S. Hickey, a member of the commission and the dairy board, and the assistant export sales manager, Mr H. T. Jones, will make the trip. They will leave Auckland on July 21. They will be accompanied by representatives of the Government and the Meat Board in visits to Mauritius, Northern and Southern Rhodesia, Portuguese East Africa and the Belgian Congo. From there, Mr Hickey and Mr Jones will travel on their own. to Kenya. India, Ceylon and Singapore. They will be away from New Zealand for more than two months.
