CAR DRIVER DIES AT WHEEL

An elderly man collapsed and died at the wheel of his car in Armagh street, just west of the intersection with New Regent street, shortly before 2 p.m. yesterday. His car swung across the road and was involved in a headon collision with another car. lie was: Arthur John Huston Yemm, aged about 60, of 36 Bletsoe avenue, Spreydon. Mr Yemm was accompanied by his wife, Mrs Ellen Ann Yemm, who was admitted to the Christchurch Public Hospital suffering from shock. Her condition was satisfactory last evening. The driver of the other car was Mr W. R. Wood, of 65 Westburn terrace. He was not injured in the collision.
