The National Safety Association has received from the United States National Safety Council a letter calling for an immediate ban on all amateur rocket construction- Already deaths, blindings. maimings and other injuries have occurred in the United States as a result of children working with lethal explosives in rocket fuels. An official of the New Zealand association said that children were already making bombs here. “I expect rockets will be next, though the materials would be harder to get here.”
