DX ASSOCIATION’S HEADQUARTERS
Transfer To Dunedin Proposed (New Zealand Press Association) DUNEDIN, April 6. A change in the headquarters of the New Zealand D.X. Radio Association from Auckland to Dunedin is to be made as the result of a decision made at the association’s annual meeting held in Dunedin at the week-end. The conference was part of the association’s silver jubilee celebrations and was attended by delegates and members from Auckland, Hamilton, New Plymouth, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
Officers elected were:—president, Mr E. M. Niven (Dunedin); vice-presidents, Messrs C. Stiglish (Dunedin), R. Mace (Taranaki), and R. Gray (Christchurch) ; secretary, Mr W. J. Singleton (Dunedin); committee, Messrs N. Brown, N. Vietmeyer, and G. Bell (all of Dunedin).
