U.S. To Build More Roads
WASHINGTON, April 3. Congress sped to President Eisenhower today an anti-reces-sion Bill designed to pump an additional £BO3 million into highway construction. The Senate passed the measure by voice vote soon after the House of Representatives accepted it by 300 votes to 28. The bill is designed to provide thousands of additional jobs this year.
