N.Z. Horsewoman To Judge At Sydney
(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 23. A young Hawke’s Bay horsewoman. Miss Marion Beamish, of Hastings, has been selected to officiate as a judge at the Sydney Royal Show. She is the first New Zealand woman ever to judge horse events at the 10-day Australian show. Another New Zealander. Mr G. P. Donnelly, also of Hastings, will judge the international jumping at the show. Miss Beamish, who will fly to Sydney from Auckland tomorrow will judge horse and pony “dressage” events.
