Dominion Officers Elected

(New Zealand Press Association) TIMARU, March 21. Mr W. R. Gladding (Auckland) was elected president of the Dominion Federation of School Committee Associations of New Zealand at the twenty-first annual conference in Timaru today. Other officers elected were: Immediate past president, Mr V. W. Wilson (South Canterbury); senior vice-president, Mr H. P. Fowler (Western Southland); junior vice president, Mr B. Hutchins (Wanganui); secretarytreasurer, Mr S. I. R. Birss (Auckland); executivte committee, to be appointed; Parliamentary committee, the president, immediate past president senior and junior vice-presidents, and Messrs S. R. Heppleston, N. F. Nield (Wellington), and Mrs A. Booth (Hiitt Valley); representative on New Zealand council for Christian education, Mr E. N. Rowe (Manawatu-Oroua); representative on the New Zealand Road Safety Council. Mr V. W. Wilson.

Mr W. J. Wilson (Wellington) the retiring secretary of the Parliamentary committee, was elected a life member of the federation.
