Result Of Russian Elections
MOSCOW, March 18. The Soviet Central Electoral Commission has announced that the figures for Sunday’s polling “show that the people’s bloc of Communists and non-party people have won a sweeping victory at the elections,” the Soviet news agency Tass reported today. The elections were for both houses of the Supreme SovietRussia’s Parliament. There was only one candidate for each seat, and each candidate represented the Communist Party.
