Victoria Laundry Bonus Issue
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 28. Victoria Laundry, Ltd., proposes to make a bonus issue of four shares for every five held at 5 p.m. on March 6, by the capitalisation of capital reserves. A proposal to increase capital by £lO,OOO, by the issue of 40,000 5s ordinary shares, fully paid, will be placed before a general meeting of shareholders to be held at the end of Match.
Coulls, Somerville.—Coulls. Somerville. Wilkie, Ltd., Dunedin, win make a. new issue of ordinary shares in the ratio of one for four held, according to information received on the Christchurch Stock Exchange yesterday. The Issue will be made at a premium of 7s 6d a share to shareholders registered on February 27.
