Sir Goodwin Appeal Dismissed
(New Zealand Press Association) -WELLINGTON, February 28. An appeal by I. Tangitu against the part of a decision of the executive committee of the New Zealand Racing Conference in which Sir Goodwin was disqualified from each race in which it had been placed while raced in the joint ownership, of Tangitu and J. Rumble, was dismissed by the appeal judges today. The appeal deposit was ordered to be refunded.
