Nominations For Selectors
(New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 17. Eight nominations have been received by the New Zealand Rugby Union for national and island selectors. The appointments will be made by the council of the union at its meeting in Wellington on Thursday. Nominations are:— North Island: Messrs R. G. Bush (Auckland), R. A. Everest (Waikato), J. Finlay (Manawatu), J. L. Sullivan (Taranaki). South Island: D. Hamilton (Otago), R. R- King (West Coast), N. McPhail (Canterbury), R. H. Ward (Southland). Three selectors are appointed to represent each island, and from all the nominations three national selectors are appointed.
