N.Z. Girl Guides Thanked

Teamwork among several organisations entered into the New Zealand Girl Guides' international good turn this year. The New Zealand Guides collected used clothes which were shipped by C.0.R.5.0. (of which their Dominion Association is a member) to the Save the Children Fund in Korea (whose New Zealand branch is also a member of C.0.R.5.0). to be distributed by the Korean Girl Guides. Now a letter from the Korean Save the Children Fund has been received by C.0.R.5.0. Headquarters at Wellington. “The Girl Guides of Korea,” it says, “are most grateful for the kindness being shown to them by the Girl Guides of New Zealand and join us in thanking you for the important part you have played in safely shipping the supplies to us."
