£ Resumption Of * Competition e All matches In the Christchurch B Suburban Cricket Association comi petition will continue on Saturday, January 25. This was decided at the meeting of the management comy mittee of the association last evening. All the matches scheduled for ' February 22, the date of the New Zealand trial game at Lancaster Park, will be postponed. This means that in the senior and junior grades, round nine will be played on February 15 and March 1 and round 10 Pwill be played on March 8 and 15. The senior and junior competitions will finish on March 15 after the completion of two rounds and clubs will be permitted to make their own arrangements for those dates. The games win be played n under the association rules. n The Third B and Mercantile secn tions will finish on March 29 after (the completion of two and three n rounds respectively. The Third A > and Third C grades will continue j. during March on the "luck of the L. draw’ system. It was decided to extend an Inst vltation to the Otago Mercantile y League for a match against the Sub- •- urban junior representative team in Christchurch on March 22 or 29.
