Rugby N.Z. COLTS’ TOUR OF JAPAN
Announcement Of Itinerary (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) (Rec. 10.45 p.m.) TOKYO. Jan. 2. The Japanese Rugby Association today announced the itinerary for the forthcoming tour of the New Zealand colts’ Rugby team, due to arrive in Japan in February. The schedule is:— February 23, v. Waseda University at Tokyo. February 26. v. Eastern Japan at Tokyo. March 2, v. All Japan at Fukuoka, Southern Japan. March 5. v. Western Japan at Kyoto. March 9. v. All Japan at Osaka. March 12. v. Combined Japanese Universities at Nahoya. Western Japan. March 16. v. Meiji University at Tokyo. March 21, v. Keio University at Tokyo. March 23. v. All Japan at Tokyo. The last New Zealand- Rugby team to tour Japan was the New Zealand Universities team in 1936.
