CARBONIC ICE SHARE ISSUE

One For Three And Bonus Dividend

Au issue of ordinary shares in the ratio of one for three, to be paid for by a bonus dividend, is proposed by the directors of Carbonic Ice. Ltd.. Christchurch. At the annual meeting to be held on December 18 shareholders will be asked to approve the following resolutions: - (D That the capital be increased to £lOO,OOO by the creation of 33,500 ordinary shares of £1 each. (2> That 22,167 of the new shares be offered immediately to present shareholders, at the par value of £1 a share, on the basis of one share for every three held, fractions being ignored. (3) That a bonus dividend of 6s 8d a share be declared, to be available in cash, or applied in full payment for the new shares. (4) That the balance of 11,333 shares of the increased capital be held in reserve. No renunciation forms will be issued. The consent of the Capital Issues Committee has been obtained to these proposals. Applications close on January 31.
