Stock And Station Clerks’ Award

The new award for workers employed under the New Zealand Stock and Station Agents’ Clerical Workers’ Award, effective from October 1, incorporates the percentage increases granted by the Court of Arbitration.

New commencing rates are £3OO for males and £290 for females. After 16 years, a male clerk will receive £835 a year, he award provides, and after 10 years’ service a female clerk will receive £540. Thereafter, payment is on merit ’
