Starting Gate At Addington

Arrangements have been made with Mr A. J. Corrigan, of Hawera. for his starting gate to he used for the New Zealand Flying Stakes on the final day of the Cup meeting at Addington on November 23. Mr C. L. Rhodes, of Christchurch, will assist with any technical difficulties which may arise. This was announced at a meeting of the committee of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club on Monday.

Horses nominated for this race will be invited to take part in trials behind the mobile barrier. It is hoped to hold these at Addington on the Tuesday and Thursday before the race is run.
