Officers’ Appointments Announced (New Zealand Press Association) j WELLINGTON. October 21. ; After two years in Malaya, the men of the New Zealand Special i Air Service Squadron will come home next month. On their return the squadron’s commander. Major F. Rennie, and the second-in-command. Captain G. N. McL. Boswell, will be posted to Army Headquarters. Lieutenant I. H. Burrows is to go to the Regular Force Cadet School, Waiouru, as company officer. Lieutenant E. W. Yandall will go to Papakura, Lieutenant A. R. Vail to the Army Schools. Waiouru, and Lieutenant J. A. Mace to Burnham. Lieutenant L. G. Williams will stay in Malaya and the squadron sergeant-major. Warrant Officer N. P. O'Dwyer. will become Regi- ; mental Sergeant-Major of the Ist I Armoured Car Regiment (New I Zealand Scottish) at Wellington.
