Jack Buchanan Dead
(N.Z. Press' Association—Copyright) LONDON. October 20. Jack Buchanan. British musical comedy star, died today in a London hospital after being ill for some days with spinal arthritis. He was believed to be about 64. With his slim good looks, sartorial elegance, and smiling nonchalance. Jack Buchanan sang and danced his way to popularity on both sides of the Atlantic—and kept it for more than 30 years.
