Body Washed Up On Beach

(New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. October 20.

The body of Thomas Henry Kitchener Crosby, aged 42, married, with seven children, one of two Waiuku men missing on the Manukau harbour since October 12. was recovered yesterday morning on the beach near the Waiau Pa wharf.

Despite an air and sea search at the week-end. no trace has yet been found of the other missing man Leslie Vivian Yeo, aged 42. single. The men’s dinghy and much of their gear has been found washed up along the shores since they set out on October 12 to row to a launch 15 yards offshore from Te Toro beach.
