Freeman, S.M., in the Rotorua Magistrate’s Court. The charge resulted from a collision bn the - Rotorua-Hamilton highway near Ngongotaha involving a horse ridden by Scott and a car. The police prosecutor, Mr P. A., Byrne, said that the horse was in. the middle of Scott's side of the tarseal "When it was struck from behind tor the car. Scott was taken to hospital.
