Comment By “The Times” (Special Correspondent N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, July 29. What has been done in New Zealand ■in the way of continuous fermentation _ will be of interest to brewers generally, but np useful opinion can be formed on the basis of the present information, ‘‘except that New Zealanders will be poor subjects for an unsuccessful experiment in brewing,” says the scientific correspondent of ‘‘The Times.” fle Was commenting on a report from New Zealand that a brewery had developed the “dream of master brewers throughout the world”—a process for the continuous fermentation of beer. The correspondent said that in Britain experiments on continuous brewing wire being earriid out at the Brewing Research Foundation in Surrey, whire thi results were considered promising. J
