Theft Of Missile Document

WASHINGTON, July 29. The Army said Today that a nonsecret document dealing with the construction of Nike anti-aircraft missile installations in Germany was stolen over the week-end. No serviceman was involved in the theft. The paper was taken from the office of the German Ministry of Finafice Construction Agency at Landau, Germany. The Army emphasised that construction plans for Nike installations .were not secret and were generally available to contractors.
