Warwickshire 244 and six for 146 declared (Smith 52. James four for 5) drew with Cambridge University two for 233 declared (Barber 63, Smith 103 not out. Dexter 58) and five for 103.
Worcestershire 148 and 159 (Kenyon 53: McConnon eight for 56) drew with Glamorgan 114 and none for 59.
