Risk Of War “Negligible”
LONDON, June 24.‘ Field Marshal Viscount Montgomery said at Belfast today: “The risk of war with Russia is negligibile. A war would certainly not be started by the Allies, and the chances of Russia’s starting one are practically nil.”
