Man Survives 15-Floor Fall
NEW YORK, June 25. A 51-year-old businessman, Mr Joseph Klein, plunged 15 floors from the window of a financial district skyscraper last night and survived. Police said he crashed through a second floor skylight, which apparently helped to break his fall. Mr Klein, a public accountant, folded his coat neatly before plunging from a window of the New York Produce Exchange. He was taken to a hospital, where attendants said his condition was critical. He was suffering from a fractured right elbow, a fractured rib, and internal injuries.
