U.K. Butter Market Quiet

The butter market remained quiet this week aftet last week’s rush of buying. There was no change in prices, with New Zealand remaining at 276 s per cwt, Australian 2745, and Danish 2845. The cheese market is quiet and slow, with New Zealand finest white selling around 194 s per cwt.
