/Rec. H-20 p.m.) JERUSALEM (Israeli sector), April 27. Jordan’s Ramallah Radio tonight broadcasta decree by King Hussein setting up two military courts, and giving the new military Governor sweeping powers, the American Associated Press reported.

The broadcast said that the Military Governor of Jordan, Suleiman Toukan, was now empowered to arrest anyone suspected of plotting against the Government, and also had power to enter any house “without regard to prior laws.” 7“' The radio said that seven district military governors had been appointed, and there were military courts in the Jordan capital of Amman and the Jordanian sector of Jerusalem. The Associated Press said that the radio said that the decision by the military courts would be final, with no appeal.
