COMPLAINT AGAINST ISRAEL
(Rec. 10 p.m.) AMMAN, April 13. The Jordan Army Command said today that four Israeli soldiers opened fire at a Jordanian soldier yesterday near Hiblah Village, south of Kalkillia, on the IsraeliJordan border. The statement said the Jordanian returned the fire and the Israelis escaped to Israeli territory. The Jordan Government has lodged a complaint with the Mixed Armistice Commission.
