Exotic Fish Society Officers
The Christchurch Amateur Goldfish Club has changed its name to the Christchurch Exotic Fish Society. This has been done to include as members persons interested in tropical fish as well as goldfish-keeping. Over the years, 30 aquariums had been donated by the club to various organisations in Christchurch, said the annual report. Five aquariums had been given last year. The last two had been given to the Methodist Children’s Home and the Waltham School sight-saving class.
Officers elected were:—Patron, Mr Cyril Edmonds; president, Mr F. Stout; vice-presidents, Messrs A. Pester, R. West, and H. A. Harrow; secretary-treasurer, Mr, J. T. Dyer; committee—Mrs M.l Pester, Messrs J. Rees and J. I Harding. |
