ELECTIONS IN POLAND.—General Marian Spy chai ski, the Polish National Defence Minister, who has recently been making an electioneering tour, at a harvesting machine factory in Poznan, the scene of riots last year. On his arrival he was presented with a bunch of flowers by one of the workers. About 17,500,000 were eligible to vote at the elections on Sunday.
