Exchange Of Prisoners (N.Z. Press Association—Copyright > CAIRO, January 21. A United Nations spokesman announced in Cairo last night that the return of more than 5000 Egyptian prisoners of war by Israel would start tomorrow, east of El Arish, in Northern Sinai. Egypt’s four Israeli prisoners will be handed back at the same time. About 500 Egyptians would be handed over daily. It was understood that Egyptian civilians would be included in the exchange at the request of the Egyptian Government.
