4000 SOLD TO TENANTS (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. December 25. The sale of the 4000th State rental house in Auckland to tenants w r as completed just before the State Advances Corporation offices closed on Friday for the holidays. Twelve thousand rental houses have been built in Auckland.
