Mr J. R. Cairns, sub-inspector for New Zealand of the Bank of New South Wales, has been appointed manager of the Geelong branch, Victoria. Mr C E. Fowcraker is retiring from the Arthur’s Pass National Park Board. At the meeting of the board this week, the chairman (Mr T. W. Preston) paid a tribute to Mr Foweraker’s contribution to the work of the board during the last 14 years.
