LONDON, August 24. The New Zealand Minister of External Affairs (Mr T. L. Macdonald) will relax this week-end after the Suez conference at the farm home of his niece, who lives near London. His niece, Mrs Greta Palmer, is married to an English farmer who lives in the village of Littleton, near Guildford, Surrey. Helicopter Crosses U.S.— An Army helicopter, using a new in»flight refuelling technique, today made the first non-stop crossing of the United States, from coast to coast. The helicopter, an H-21 type manufactured by the Vetrol Aircraft Corporation. took 31 hours and 40 minutes to make the 2610 miles flight from San Diego (California) to Washington.— Washington, August 24.
