Pickpocket Returns A Passport

. . . , . , TANGIER. A chivalrous pickpocket who robbed a young American woman tourist ot her purse, returned her passport by dropping it in a letter-box. He kept her money, and her return ticket from Le Havre to New York in the liner Liberte.
The tourist, who called briefly at rangier in the Italian trans-Atlantic liner, Conde Biancamano, was unable to replace the passport at short notice and re-embarked without it. tt a a e: lo . rwa i on t 0 her by the United States Embassy.
