NATIONAL ELECTRICAL
NEW ISSUE The National Electrical and Engineering Company, Ltd., Dunedin, proposes to make an issue of 10,000 shares at a premium. The amount of the premium and other details of the issue will be advised in a circular to shareholders before the issue.
The chairman of the company (Sir Charles Norwood) told shareholders at the annual meeting that the directors had decided that some increased capital was needed, beyond the amount of the unallocated profits carried forward. “In view of the difficulty experienced with the Capital Issues Committee,” the issue of 10,000 shares had been decided on. . ca P’ ta l of the company is £118,2<0 in £1 ordinary shares.
