LONDON, March 15. Group net profit of the Peninsular and Orient Steam Navigation Company. Ltd., rose from £5.254,695 to £5.603.071 for the year ended September 30.

The company also announces a final dividend of 5 per cent., less income tax. for the year ended September 30, 1955. on its deferred stock, making a total of 8 per cent, for the year on £27.555,108 capital, against 16 per cent, on £ 13.777,554 capital in 1954.
