FANGIO WINS IN FERRARI (Special Correspondent N.Z.P.A.) (Rec. 9 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, Jan. 22. Juan Manuel Fangio (Argentina), driving a borrowed Ferrari, today won the Argentine Grand Prix. Jean Behra, of France, in a Maserati, was second, and Britain’s Mike Hawthorn, also in a Maserati, was third. The winner covered the course at an average speed of 79.4 miles per nour. This broke the previous grand prix records, of 78.2 miles per hour, set up in 1953.
