THIEVES BREAK INTO HARDWARE SHOP A safe in the hardware of Forbes. Ltd., Norwich Lyttelton, was cut open on Thursdaj night or on Friday morning, and W in money was removed. . □ Entrance to the shop was through a skylight. The * ntru “S first tried to open the safe wjw explosives. Books and a typewrner were piled against the safe to the noise of the explosion. typewriter was badly damaged. After failing in their first tempt, the thieves cut through hinges of the door with hacksaw!.
