Attempt to Sell Slaves.—Two tribesmen of the Belgian trust territory of Ruanda were sentenced to nine months m gaol with hard labour today for having offered two other natives for sale as slaves. Both denied the charge, saying they were trying to find jobs for the men.—Entebbe, January 5.
