STAFF APPOINTMENTS IN NAVY OFFICE
CHANGES ANNOUNCED tNeu • '.v Asutwmttfin/ WELLINGTON, October 19. Several staff appointments in the Navy Office are to change during the next three months. Commander J. P Tulloch, R.N.Z.N., will become Director of Operations, succeeding Lieutenant-Commander J. P. Tennyson, D.S.C., R.N., who will return to Britain. Lieutenant-Commander W. B. Elliott R.N Z.N., will become Director of Naval Recruiting in succession to Commander J. P. S. Valiant, R.N.Z.N. Lieutenant-Commander W. R. Williams. R.N.Z.N., will succeed Lieu-tenant-Commander S. W. Hicks. R.N.Z.N., as Assistant Director of Plans, and Lieutenant E. Rellison R.N.Z.N., will succeed LieutenantCommander M. A. Lawson. R.N.Z.N.. as Naval Assistant, Supply and Secretariat
