ACCIDENTS
YOUTH DIES FROM INJURIES (New Zealand Press Association) WHAKATANE, August 30. A 20-year-old youth who was injured in a motor accident at Whakatane on Saturday evening, died early this morning. He was: Winthrop Keepa, of Paroa.
CYCLIST INJURED
William Francis Brown, of 17 Humbolt street. Sydenham, suffered back injuries when his cycle was involved in a collision with a truck at the corner of Fitzgerald avenue and Ferry road yesterday afternoon. He was admitted to, the Christchurch Public Hospital.
