N.Z. PLAYERS’ WIN IN SYDNEY
(N.Z. Press Association—Copyright) SYDNEY, August 30. The New Zealand representative. Miss Dawn Taylor, beat Miss Pat Parmenter yesterday in the Metropolitan hard court tennis championships. Miss Parmenter, seeded No. 5, was beaten, 2-6, 6-4, 8-6. Miss Taylor’s win was no surprise. Although she was not seeded ahe has good performances in New Zealand.
