Cooking with Rays
A revolutionary electric cooker which grills steak in 60 seconds is going into British shops for the first time this week. It is the infra red electric grill which cooks by rays. Though restaurants, airports and ocean liners have been using infra red cookers for some months, this is the first time the new look in cooking has been offered to the housewife. There are two models, priced at £lB 18s and £44 10s. —London, August 29.
