RESTRICTION ON BUILDING
MCLEAN INSTITUTE APPEALS An appeal has been lodged with the Town Planning Appeal Board by the solicitors for the McLean Institute against the decision of the City Council refusing the institute a permit to build on land set aside for widening in Colombo street at the corner of Chester street.
