CAVEAT LODGED IN LONDON (NJZ. Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, August 15. The marriage between Mrs Phyllis Sispera and Mr Jaromir Ghudy, the Sudeten German who recently helped in her flight to return to England fromCzechoslovakia, did not take place in London today as planned. Mrs Sispera, the British-born former wife of a Czech airman, was recently allowed to return home with her three children after a lengthy diplomatic battle with the Czech authorities. The couple gave notice of their intended marriage at a West London registry office on Friday. But on the same day Mr L Tumovsky, a Czech who claims that Mrs Sispera’s Czech divorce is not recognisable in Britain, lodged a caveat against her marriage with Chudy. The Registrar-General’s Department is now considering the caveat. Mr Sispera, formerly with the Royal Air Force, is serving a 10-year gaol sentence Id CzechoslwaULa. _____
